2021 Annual Meeting
September 9-11, 2021
The Abstract Submission Site is now open for the 49th Annual Meeting. No paper or disk submissions will be accepted. The abstract submission deadline is Monday, May 3, 2021 5:00 PM ET.
Click here to read the SNACC Abstract Presentation Policy and the Abstract Guidelines prior to beginning the submission process.
Submission of an abstract represents an obligation that at least one author will register for the SNACC 49th Annual Meeting and present the abstract in poster format virtually, if accepted. Failure to comply without prior written notification and formal withdraw of the abstract before August 5, 2021 will result in the presenting author not being allowed to submit an abstract to SNACC’s Annual Meeting for the subsequent two years.
If you have any questions, please contact SNACC@societyhq.com.
Abstracts accepted for this meeting will be available in the JNA in the October issue. Digital posters presented at this meeting will be available for viewing during the Annual Meeting.
For the fourth year in a row, SNACC is proud to sponsor an annual Neuroscience Symposium. After last year’s success, the 2021 symposium will once again be fully virtual. It will take place on Saturday, June 5, 2021 from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm EST* via Zoom.
The symposium brings together fellow neuroscience researchers to share and discuss new and in-progress data, foster networking, and collaboration. Participants will provide short presentations focused on novel or provocative findings that will encourage constructive and collaborative discussion. Clinical, translational, and basic science researchers at all career stages are encouraged to attend and present their work.
To allow optimal networking and constructive discussion, the number of presenters will be limited. If you would like to present your work, please submit a blinded abstract (max. 500 words, may include a figure or table) as well as an NIH-style biosketch. All submissions can be sent to Sandra Peterson at firstname.lastname@example.org. As this is a work-in-progress meeting, please do not submit published work.
The deadline for abstract submission has been extended to Sunday, April 11, 2021.
