The 2020 SNACC virtual exhibit hall is a digital platform for exhibitors and attendees to connect and engage. Similar to an in-person conference, exhibitors will have a booth (individual landing page) in the exhibit hall (exhibitors directory). Exhibitors are listed on a directory page, aka “Virtual Exhibit Hall”. Each exhibitor then has a dedicated landing page aka “Exhibit Booth”.

Letter of Agreement

- A minimum of 50% of the exhibit fee is due when the Exhibit Agreement is submitted. Payment is due in full by July 15, 2020.
- Payment for an Exhibit/Sponsor Agreement submitted after July 15 must be paid in full at the time of application.
