2026 Workshops
SNACC and the ICPNT are pleased to offer a three-track workshop on Thursday, September 10, ahead of the general sessions beginning on Friday, September 11. Individuals who register for the workshops will have the opportunity to select between the EEG Workshop and ICPNT Workshop the first half of the day, as well as the EEG Workshop and the Neuroanesthesia Crisis Management Workshop in the afternoon. Call For Proposals
Submit a session or workshop proposal and shape the program for the 2025 SNACC Annual Meeting!
You are invited to propose a session or workshop for the 2025 SNACC Annual Meeting that will further SNACC’s mission to advance the art and science of the care of the neurologically impaired patient through education, training, and research in perioperative neuroscience. Proposals will be reviewed by the Annual Meeting Planning Committee and considered for the 2025 SNACC Annual Meeting taking place September 12 – 14, 2025 in Atlanta, Georgia.
Session Format:
♦ 1 hour panel with 2-3 speakers, 45 minutes for presentations, 15 minutes Q&A
Workshop Format:
♦ 2-3 hour hands-on workshop with up to 5 facilitators/speakers; cannot be lectures only, must include hands-on stations; include equipment needed and potential sponsors in your proposal.
♦ Speakers and moderators must be able to attend the 2025 SNACC Annual Meeting in Atlanta, GA in person and be prepared to present at any time between 8 am and 5 pm during the meeting.
♦ Speakers must be SNACC members – outstanding panel speakers who are not SNACC members may be considered in exceptional circumstances. Please provide a rationale if your session includes speakers who are not SNACC members. Workshop speakers must be SNACC members; there will be no exceptions.
♦ SNACC values diversity and inclusion. Diverse representation of proposed speakers will be taken into account during the review process.
♦ You will need to acknowledge and agree that all speakers and moderators will submit their disclosures and comply with all CME requirements and deadlines if your session or workshop is selected for the 2025 SNACC Annual Meeting.

Continuing Medical Education (CME)
Target Audience
The SNACC Annual Meeting is designed to meet the educational needs of neurosurgical and critical care anesthesiologists and neuroscientists involved in the care of patients with neurological disorders and is intended for neurosurgical and critical care anesthesiologists, neuroscientists, faculty, residents, fellows and medical students.
Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity participants will:
· Apply the clinical principles, guidelines, and recommendations presented to effectively improve the management of patients requiring neuroanesthesia care.
· Discuss recent advances and controversies in neuroanesthesiology practice.
· Discuss recent advances and discoveries in neurosciences and their impact on anesthesiology, critical care, and perioperative medicine.
· Apply best practice to improve safety and outcomes of patients with neurological disorders who require anesthesia care.
· Incorporate and interpret appropriate monitoring tools to improve perioperative patient safety and outcomes.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the American Society of Anesthesiologists and the Society for Neuroscience in Anesthesiology and Critical Care (SNACC).
The American Society of Anesthesiologists is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

2. What time zone is used for the sessions times listed?
US EST, the time zone in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, is used for the times listed on the Schedule.
3. What if I cannot attend in person?
There will be opportunities to access recordings of the in-person content after the event. Please allow until the end of September for recorded content to be available. Information on how to access the content will be emailed to all event registrants. A Recordings Only registration option is available. In addition to recordings made available after the event, Recordings Only registrants may participate in the Abstract Sessions Friday, September 13 and Saturday, September 14.
4. How many continuing education credits can I earn by participating in the SNACC Annual Meeting?
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) and the Society for Neuroscience in Anesthesiology and Critical Care(SNACC). REGISTRATION
1. How do I register?
Learn more about registration options and how to select the options that best fit your goals for participating in the SNACC Annual Meeting by visiting the Registration page.
2. What is included in my registration package?
– Friday and Saturday lunch and refreshment breaks
– Educational sessions presented by experts in the field (unless noted as a separate ticket)
– Exhibit Hall access during all show hours
– Networking with colleagues from around the world
3. How much does registration cost?

4. Can I bring a guest to the in-person conference?
Everyone participating in the Annual Meeting activities at the Westin Peachtree Plaza Hotel must purchase an event registration. Annual Meeting registrants may purchase additional tickets to bring guests to the SNACC Opening Reception. Tickets to the Opening Reception are limited and are expected to sell out quickly.
5. Can I decide to attend in-person at the last minute and complete my registration in Atlanta?
Yes, you may decide to register onsite in Atlanta. Pre-event registration will close on August 28. Any registrations after August 28 will be processed onsite in Atlanta and will be charged at the Onsite rate. Please note that tickets for activities requiring an additional fee may sell out quickly and may not be available for purchase onsite.
6. How do I transfer or cancel my registration?
If you are unable to attend the Annual Meeting, please submit a cancellation request in writing to info@snacc.org. Requests received by August 28 will be eligible for an 80% refund. After August 28, cancellation requests may be accepted on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of SNACC. Please allow up to 10 business days to process your refund. Your funds will be returned via the same method you paid for your registration. Once issued, refunds may take 7 business days to be reflected on your credit card statement. If you paid by check/bank transfer/wire, please allow up to 120 days for a refund.
